Under the Mask goes beyond capes and catchphrases to uncover why superheroes and villains become cultural icons. Each episode dives into a character from the DC or Marvel universe, breaking down their origin, their enemies, and the strengths and flaws that make them unforgettable. By connecting these stories to real-world themes like identity, power, responsibility, and morality, the podcast explores why these characters continue to resonate across generations. This podcast is presented in collaboration with the Audio Production II class in the School of Media and Journalism at Arkansas State.
